Copy of certified "Certificate of Incorporation"
Copy of certified "Business Registration Certificate"
Copy of certified "Board resolution for account opening"
Copy of certified "Memorandum and Articles of Association"
Proof of address & HKID Card(s) or passports of all authorized person(s)
Copy of certified "Annual Return"
Copy of certified "Latest audited report"
For overseas companies, please also provide various certificates (including but not limited to Certificate of Good Standing and Certificate of Incumbency etc.)
